Brian Decker is certainly one of the greatest tracksters in history, and his high jump record will probably stand for a long time.  He is among the top 10 in seven events, all related to his speed and leaping abilities.  He went over 7' at Edinborough.
 
Jerry Scutt held the record for 10 years and went to the State Meet in 1969 and 1970, as did Decker in 1992.
