The primary purpose of the cafeteria is to provide healthy meals in a safe environment.  The rules of civility are in place to ensure that this school service gives ample time for social interaction as well.

This week's menu is a reflection of the cafeteria staff and our desire to incorporate New York State's Health Department standards into an enjoyable lunch for students, teachers, and other PCS employees.
